Berry Days

We finally made it out this morning for our annual strawberry picking. A combination of crazy spring weather and an absolutely insane level of busyness the month of May almost caused strawberry picking to be pushed to the wayside. Almost. We went a little lighter this year, only picking about 4.5 pounds of berries. The weather cooperated beautifully and we had a great time out there. After finishing our picking, we went for a hayride and then played in the play area the farm had set up. Strawberry season may be my favorite berry season of them all!
